Sweat Intensity:
On a scale of sleep-inducing yin yoga to sweat-clad hair SoulCycle, 305 Fitness is a 4. Don’t eat before class or you might projectile vomit.

Great for:
Letting lose or getting rid of your PMS bloat.

Instructor:
Symone is fantastic. So easygoing and friendly. You don’t feel like a fool when you can’t keep up with her choreography. Guarantee you’ll grin as she twerks around the dance floor.

AKT

Scene:
Sleek, sophisticated

Class Duration:

Sweat Intensity:
On a scale of yin yoga to SoulCycle, AKT is a 4.

Great for:
Doing cardio or burning off the bottle of wine you drank.  I prefer 305 Fitness and ModelFit to AKT.

CITYROW

Scene:
Modern, bright

On a scale of yin yoga to SoulCycle, CITYROW is a 3.

Great for:
A non-intensive full body workout, like when you’re half-awake, have a sore throat but still want to squeeze a workout in without passing the f out.

Instructor:
I’ve only taken Moses’ class so can’t speak for sweat intensity of the other instructors.

RUMBLE BOXING

Scene:
Urban, hip, crowded

Class Duration:

Sweat Intensity:
On a scale of yin yoga to SoulCycle, Rumble Boxing is a solid 4.

Great for:
Full body workout, especially your arms and back. You’ll feel it the next day, trust me.

Instructor(s):
I’ve only taken Rob’s class and he doesn’t disappoint.

SKY TING YOGA

Scene:
Bright, airy, inviting, calm

Class Duration:
60 mins

Sweat Intensity:
On a scale of yin yoga to SoulCycle, SKY TING YOGA is a 2.5.

Great for:
Relaxing, feeling zen.

Instructor:
I had Anton for my first class and he was great. He has a very gentle, calming voice that instantly invites you to relax. You literally leave the class feeling light, centered and carefree.

SLT

Scene:
Contemporary, upscale (seems like the accessory of choice on many clients here is the Cartier Love Braclet).

Class Duration:
50 mins

Sweat Intensity:
On a scale of yin yoga to SoulCycle, SLT classes consistently ranks at a 4. Your muscles will constantly quiver despite how often you attend 
class.

Great for:
Core work. All the movements require you to fully engage your core. That’s 50 minutes of slow, torturous movements your body will thank you for later. Or not.
